About Me

My Story
At each stage in my life, the right workout was vital in helping me thrive. I teach Barre because it was the best workout for me when dealing with PCOS. It was the easiest on my herniated disc during pregnancy. And it's been the best workout for postnatal recovery, after a cesarean. That's why I teach barre. That's why I worked toward extra certification in prenatal & postnatal barre. So I can continue to craft the safest and most effective workouts for women who are trying to get through each day, while feeling good about themselves.
My Teaching Style
Chin up, arms high, smile to yourself. Working out with me is probably a little more relaxed and that's because I like to focus on form and safe movement from one exercise to the next. You won't find me yelling at you to keep going, but you will feel strong and beautiful, even while you're muscles are burning and you're building a sweat. My childhood was decorated with ballet, and Tae-Kwon-Do and so I appreciate the technical side of form and proper form is how you build muscle. No, classes are not as relaxed as Yoga, but I don't teach a HIIT style either. Think of me as somewhere in between. You will see results through longevity, because I make committing to yourself easy, through self-love, not guilt.
