My Story

Hi, I'm Lu and I'm a certified barre instructor, including prenatal and post-natal certification. What I love about barre is that it's a mix of all the best workouts, yoga, pilates and ballet. And because its focus is rooted in ballet movement, to build long, lean muscle, it became a favourite workout of mine, when high-intensity workouts were not ideal, based on my health issues. One of the things I struggled with was PCOS, and it changed my life. It changed how I had to workout, how I should eat and products I should or shouldn't consume. Then I wanted to be a mother, and that was a challenging road, where exercise, eating right, and reducing stress, was an all-consuming focus. Then I finally became a mother, and fitting in exercise is even more reliant on choosing one that works best for me...
